At Farm Fruits , we grow ginger using sustainable farming practices and low pesticide use , thanks to favorable climate conditions and responsible soil management. Although not officially classified as organic, the ginger we produce is natural in essence , grown with a focus on quality, food safety and respect for the environment.
One of the great advantages of Brazilian ginger is its long shelf life, especially when harvested between the end of June, July and August — the ideal period for export. At this stage, the root is more resistant, has fewer sprouts and is better preserved during international transport. From September onwards, the ginger begins the natural sprouting process, which requires more time and care during cutting and processing in our packing house.
Thanks to our modern structure and specialized team, we consistently export fresh ginger to more than 15 countries , serving customers in South America , North America, Europe, Africa and Asia, always focusing on excellence, traceability and safe delivery.
